Staff was incredible. So helpful. Tried getting me a refund because of my sons surgery. We didn't need the full 4 days for his recovery. The staff really tried but booking.com is kinda sad and pathetic that they couldn't refund the the money. I understand stand how small and fine print works. But this was my son getting a very serious surgery. I wasn't thinking about maybe recovering faster, but booking.com has zero compassion for people with children with special needs and need these surgeries to function normally in life. My stepson already has a disadvantage in this world. It's the holidays. We were there on Thanksgiving. But no booking.com doesn't see it that way. They see it as a business and I understand. Just that I could have used a small victory. Thank you booking.com you are what is wrong with this. Crazy crazy world. Hotel was amazing! Cantcsay that enough. Booking.com not so much. Zero compassion or empathy

I thought all of the staff were very polite. The breakfast room was overcrowded on Sunday, May 29th. It was standing room only. I was very impressed with the poise and professionalism of Myia, who was the only person assigned to manage the breakfast room. Miya took a leadership position to request that upon completing our breakfast we bring our plates and silverware up to the area by the back room. This facilitated quick cleaning of the items so that other guests could use them to obtain and eat their breakfast. On Monday morning, May 30th, there were only 2-3 people in the breakfast room. Miya was working the front desk in the lobby. She explained that the hotel assigns her to different positions for the experience. Very good! I hope management training is in her future with Sheraton Hotels.

The hotel is a short distance from Philadelphia's Union Station, the rail station for Amtrak and the local rail system, SEPTA. The room was clean, spacious, and had good ventilation. The bedding was clean, and the cleaning staff was extremely courteous and polite. One of the cleaning ladies, an African American woman, gave me extra washcloths. She was very gracious and made me feel welcomed. The hotel is literally near the campus of the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel, so it was fun to walk through the campuses. The U. Penn bookstore is a block from the hotel, as is the SEPTA trolley.

Great location within the university. Safe surroundings. Entry is the lift needs key. Aesthetically, a good place. Clean rooms , bed etc., and good staff. It has a coffee maker in the room. For comb, tooth paste etc., one needed to ask front desk. which is unusual to me. I booked through Booking.com and it gave a discounted rate.

This property was great . Staff was very kind and friendly! Very convenient getting in and out . The parking was good (right there in property. ) Wawa was right across the street .. I stayed there while my father was in the VA Hospital here in Philly. Less than 7 minutes drive . I felt very safe here. Highly recommend 🙏
